The Declaration of Condominium is made under the Condominium Ownership Act,
Chapter 703 oPthe Wisconsin Statutes, by SWANSON AND IIO!'�, INC., hcreinaltcr relerrcd to
collectively as the "Declarant".

Condominium, to submit the land and improvements described herein to condominium

part of the unit to which it is attached.
"fhere shall be no ou[side storage buildings constructed unless the construction and
appearance is similar to the construction of the condomini�m unit. There shall be no steel sided
buildings consiructed on the premises.
There shall be no storage of old, used or wrecked vehicles or equipment upon the
premises. -
There shall be no mobile homes, house trailers, camper trailers or "the like" placed on the
prcmises other than one recreational trailer and one boat may be stored thereon.
