I, Larry T. Nelson, registered land surveyor in the state of Wisconsin, hereby certify:
That on the order of ROBERT BERGUM, I have surveyed, divided and mapped the following described parcel of land
located in the NE 1/4 - SE 1/4 of Section 15, T. 41 N., R. 8 W., in the Town of Hayward, Sawyer County,
Wisconsin.
To locate the Point of Beginning, commence at the SE corner of Section 15; Thence, along the east line of said
Section, N 01° 00' 38" W, 2643.69 feet to the E 1/4 corner of said Section; Thence, leaving said east line,
S 87° 31' 38" W, 33.07 feet to the westerly right of way line of Giest Road and the Point of Beginning.
Thence from said Point of Beginning by metes and bounds.
Leaving said right of way line, S 87° 07' 21" W, 259.41 feet; Thence S 34° 58' 42" W, 402.36 feet; Thence
S 28° 05' 31" E, 386.68 feet; Thence N 38° 44' 12" E, 170.03 feet along the centerline of a 66 foot wide access
