Dear Mr. Kettwig:
This letter is a follow-up to our discussion last week concerning the improvements being
made to the screen porch attached to your cabin.
I do not have an issue with what has been done so far (i.e., existing roof with new
windows, raised floor and new walls). My concern is that the screen porch remains a
screen porch and not become habitable for year-round use (i.e., that the walls and ceiling
not be insulated and that heating/AC not be connected to the porch). Covering the
interior walls is acceptable.
Please contact this office if you have any additional questions or comments. Office hours
