that your affiant is an attorney practicing law in the City of Nayward for the
past eighteen years, and further, said affiant knows that a deed was recorded
in Volume 446 page 403 from Craig D. Hanson and Kathy M. Hanson, his wife to
Boyd C. Beley and Angela C. Beley, husband and wife as survivorship marital
property. The description on said Deed was in error.
