Old Business
Conversion to natural qas
Gas conversion set for mid July
Gas Company will mark underground utilities
Association to pay for marking of water and septic lines
Association will get a one month notice from gas company when lines will be laid.
The gas company will hang a regulator and meter on each unit.
Each unit needs to know what needs to be done inside the unit and where the regulator
and meter are to be hung on the outside of each unit.
Como Gas or the gas company will give each unit this information at no charge,
however, they must be contacted and arrange a time to check inside the units. This
needs to be done before the main gas lines and individual lines to each unit are buried.

The association needs to check with Como Gas about plugging or pulling the existing
gas lines.
It was suggested that the Condo Plat map should include drawings where gas, water,
sewer and electrical lines are laid.
Lawn Care
Pat Long has done the first cutting but does not want to continue.
Steve White has helped Pat before and will take over at the same price.
Motion by Nancy Hubbard, second by Fred Kappus to hire Steve White.
Roger Hubbard to handle arrangements.
Motion Passed
Common Shut Down
Motion by Fred Kappus, second by Carol Clifford to set Sat. October 9, 1999 as the
date for the shut down. .
Motion passed.
New Business
Unit #1 Addition
Tom and Carol submitted drawings and exp�ained plans.
Beginning and ending dates not available because the builder has not given the
Cliffords a schedule at the time of this meeting.
Motion by Fred Kappus and second by Harold Winkier to approve the addition.
Motion passed.
Unit # 7 Addition
Fred and Debbie Kappus submitted drawings and plans for an addition on the back
side of their unit. This addition would provide a new entrance to their unit. Because this
addition is not in the area allowed for expansion on Unit 7 Fred and Debbie said this
space would come out of the pre-approved addition space.
Motion by Carol Clifford and second by Marti Langill to approve
Discussion:
Harold and Ida Winckler voiced their opposition to this addition. Siting concern that it
would infringe on the driveway space. Kappus' pointed out that there is a tree between
this addition and the driveway.
Discussion about what changes and additions would be needed to be added to the
Association's legal documents at the courthouse.
Motion by Nancy Hubbard to amend the original motion to state: Unit #7 would pay for
any costs involved in revising the plat map and recording the revised map at the
courthouse.
Motion on amendment passed with six yes voice votes and 1 no voice vote.
Motion by Jeff Hubbard and seconded by Nancy Hubbard to add amendment #2 to
motion to state that no construction could begin until legal recording (if necessary) is
completed.
Second amendment approved unanimously.
(At this time the association members visited unit 7 to see where the addition would be
constructed)
Voice vote on original motion with amendments.
Voting yes, Units 1,2,4,5,6,7 Voting no, Unit 8

Unit#4 Addition
� Roger and Nancy Hubbard submitted plans on an addition to their unit. Their addition
would be in the area already approved for an addition.
Motion by Tom Clifford and second by Ida Winkle�to approve.
Motion passed.
Garaqe construction.
No plans at this time to construct garages by any of the units.
Other items
Paul Nixdorf Unit 2 brought up a possible change in the design and size of the weil
house on the front of his unit. There is no direct access to the current structure and in
the winter it is very diffcult to check on the heaters needed to keep the pump from
freezing. Last year a thermostat on one of the heaters malfunctioned and almost
caused a fre. No plans were submitted at this time so no action is needed.
Members agreed to have quiet hours after midnight.
It was also brought up that the security lights throughout the property should be left on.
Motion by Carol Clifford and second by Jeff Hubbard to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned at 12�.00 noon.
