I , James David Ritchie , Land Surveyor , hereby certify : �
That I have surveyed, divided and mapped that part of the NW%-NW� , ,1
Section 29 , T36N , R9W , Town of Edgewater , Sawyer County , Wisconsin ,
the exterior boundary of which is more particularly described as
follows :
Commencing at the northwest corner of the C . S .P1. in Volume 6 of
Certified Survey Maps on pages 202 and 203 ; thence N 02° 19' 40" W ,
1229 . 59 feet to an existing iron pipe on the south shore of Deep Lake ;
thence N 73" 19 ' 37" E , 221 . 35 feet to a point on a meander of Deep
Lake , 21 feet , more or less , from the water ' s edge and the point of
beginning ;
thence continuing N 73° 19 ' 37" E , 42 . 10 feet;
thence N 54° 28 ' 41" E along said meander , 82 .90 feet to a point
21 feet , more or less , from the water ' s edge of Deep Lake and on the
north line of Section 29 ;
thence S 85° 57 ' 24" E , along the north line of Section 29 , 474 . 30
feet to the northwesterly right of way of Green Lake Road ;
thence S 35° 08' 23" W along the northwesterly right of way of
Green Lake Road , 330 .46 feet ;
thence N 64° 51 ' 34" W , 291 .61 feet ;
thence N 46° 40 ' 23" W , 174 . 22 feet to the point of beginning including
those lands lying between the meander and the shores o� Deep Lake by
the extension of the side lot lines .
That I have made such survey , land division and map st the direction
of Pat Ruid of Frontier Realty and in compliance with the provisions
of Chapter 236 . 34 of the Wisconsin State Statutes ;
That such map is a true and correct representation of the survey and
land division thereof made to the best of my knowledge and belief;
