The issue is that Section 9.21(5), Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance states: No land use permit shall be issued for any structure moved or placed that does not have an approximate assessed value of surrounding structures within 500 feet. Determination of assessed value shall be established by the Town Assessor. Today Mary Nordquist, Town of Edgewater Assessor, visited this office and we discussed this situation. We reviewed my plan/goal and as there are issues that the DNR has input in he'd like to meet with you there. If possibie I would too. I work frequently at Hazdee's in Amery and occasionally in Barcon so with a day or 2's notice I could make myself available. A list of my numbers is below. With approval I'm hoping to buy a house in Barcon from First Lutheran Church and move it on site with Holmstrom construction and either Skate it onto a foundation or "seY'the house and build the foundation up to it.
