Hi,
My name is Ronald Johnson and I own a lot on Big Chetac Lake in
Edgewater Township. The Computer# is 008937095119 and the land Parcel #
is 3709090:L 19. My soil test# is 98-327 and the Sanitary Permit# is
308259. I currently have a building permit (I'm sorry I don't have the
permit number with me to send you right now) and my 6 month extension is
almost up. The building is not quite totally enclosed yet since I am
building it on weekends. I still need to add a front and back porch and
put the siding on it in order to totally enclose it. My 6 month
extension on my original building permit is almost up. I understand I
need to reapply for another building permit in arder to finish it but I
don't know what you need in the way of paperwork since nothing will change
on it from the original permit request. Since I would like to stay
current with your laws and zoning requirements,please advise me on what
you need from me in order to have this building permit extended or
reissued. It is my best estimate that it will be fall of this year before
the house is what you would consider "totally enclosed" (if it doesn't rain
every weekend this year like it did last year).
Just for your records, I have been working on it constantly every
weekend so it is not "just sitting" unattended to. Progress is being made
every weekend.
