Dear Bruce:
I am processing your application for land use permit and there are a couple of issues we
need additional information for.
You have entered the number 1958 for the Certified Soil Test. I am not sure what this
number indicates. Have you recently had a soil test done? What year,and was the
property in your name at the time the test was done?
I have checked our files and I have not found that you are currently in title of the property.
If this is a recent purchase please let me know when you closed on the land. Is the correct
legal description of the property the SE SE of Sec 31,T37 N,R 9W or the NE SE Sec 31,
T 37 N R 9 W. I have conflicting information.
The property(both of the above described)is located in a Forestry Zone District. This
will require the completion of a Special Use Questionnaire. One is enclosed for you.
Please answer the questions asked and include a materials list for the dwelling. The
materials list need only include what it will take to enclose the structure. (Foundation,
joists,studs,trusses and sheeting) ,not the entire building.
Special Use applications are reviewed and approved only once a month by the chairman
of the Zoning Committee. They will meet next on July 20`h. Please try to have
everything in this office by July 13,2001. This will ensure that if there are any problems
that we have time to clear them up.
