30 feet on each side of said electric lines as may from time ro time be constructed or reconstructed or relocated upon or
along or below grade on the above described property, as the needs of the Company may require for (urnishing electric light and
power to the Owner and other persons in the area on or adjacent to or near the above described property, and to instail necessary
poles, guys, anchors, padmount transformers, surface mounted equipment and wire terminal endosures, and other electrical facili-
ties, all of which shall remain the property of the Company, in connec:tion with said lines and ro forever have righ[s of ingress aod
egress to and over the above described property for the purpose of main[enance, construction, relocation, inspection and operation
of such electric facili�ies and for necessary operations of the Company including reading, testing and maintenance of ineters and
meter control devices, This comeyance shall be forever binding on the heirs, execurors and assigns of the Owner. All trees cut by
the Company shall remain the property of [he Owner, the Owner shall not plant trees or place buildings or objects on said eatic-
ment right of way or cause any circumstances to be creared which will interfere with the operation, maintenance, and replacemem
of the electric facilities. The Company shall be careful in use of the right of way so as not to disturb the Chvner's use of the right
of way in any manner consistent with good operating practices of the Company's electric operations.
