On October 19, 2001, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your application
far a special use on the following described real estate to wit:
Part of Govt Lot 3, S 14, T 39N, R 3W, Parcel :3.7. Parcel size is
18 acres. Property is zoned F-1 . Permit is desired for the
construction of a year-round dwelling.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values.
The permit can be issued when all other requirements have been met.
