I have received your application for land use permit for a new dwelling and garage.
Because your property is located in a Forestry-One(F-1)zone district it will require a
special use questionnaire. Please answer the questions on the enclosed sheet and retum it
to the zoning office. Also,the questionnaire asks for a materials lisG This doesn't have
Yo be a complete list but should have the basics it wi11 take to enclose the dwellin�. If you
have an estimate from the lumberyard,a copy of that will be fine.
Special Use applications are reviewed and si�ned by the chairman of the zoning
committee. The zoning committee will be meeting next on October 19`h. Please have the
