Dear Mr. Fletcher;
I'm writing in response to your request as to whether your e�tisting house that was to be
removed from your property by November 2005 could be converted into an accessory
building.
After reviewing your land use permit#04-246 our office does not have a problem with the
comersioq however, the interior walls must be taken out and the end result is that it must
look like a gazage. No Gving quarters aze allowed in accessory buildings however
bathroom facilities may remain.
I have made the change to your land use pernut #04-246 to reflect the change in use of the
existing home to an accessory building. Please keep in mind that if the conversion does not
occur prior to the November removal date, the structure must be removed from the
property.
