RE: Ground elevations on Lot Z,CSM 5890, part of the S1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 9,T38N,RSW, Sawyer
County, Wisconsin.
Dear Mr. Christman:
I measured ground elevations on the above pazcel to determine if there is a building site above the regional flood elevation
of the Brunet River. Mr. Dan Zigmund asked me ta send you this Ietter so that you could determine if the building site is
above the flood elevation. I took three elevations across the proposed building site as shown to me by Shetdon Petit. The
elevations were as follows: 1307.6 feet
1309.1 feet
1311.7 feet
I established a benchmark which is a 60d spike in the east face of a 8"aspen on the north side of the building site. The
elevation of the spike is 1315.5 feet.
The elevations are based on B.M. 1068-B, which is a bronze ta.biet set in the top of the center downsiream pier of the Lake
Winter Dam. The published elevation is 1320.75 feet MSL. _

the SHORELINE VEGETATION PROTECTION AREA on seid real estate is intact to a minimum depth of
35'landward from the ordinary high-water mark of the waterbody.
The owner(s}hereby agrees to comply wlth the shorela�d vegetative protection area requirements of Secrion
4.410 SHORELAND VEGETATION PR07'ECTION ARF,A,Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance,in effect on
the date that the land ase pennit is issued by the zoning office.The ownec(s)further agzees to aliow authorized
reptesentadves af the Govemmental Unit to enter onto the owner's property at the following description
between the hours of 8:00 A.M.and 6:00 P.M.[Section 9.13(1)POWERS,Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance]
to n�spoct the structurc(s)or uses authorized by said Land Use Permit and to determine if the SHORELINL'
VEGETATION PROTECTION AREA exists and that it is being preserved.This authorization shall tezminare
on the date of expiration of the land use pecmit. However,the owner's obligation to maintain the SIIORELINE
VEGETAT"ION PROTECTION AREA in accordance with Section 4.410 SHOREI.ANU VEGETATION
PROTECTION AREA, Sav+yer County Zoning Ordinance remains in effect.Violation of this Agreement witl
authorize, in addition to other penalties and relief required under die Sawyer County Z.oning Otdinance,
injunctive ielief,restoration of said real estate,the revocation of said Land Use Yermit and the removal of all
