When this office issued LUP #04-089 for the conshuction of a home on this pazcel, the permit application indicated a proposed driveway to the pazcel. After reviewing th�- --- - — pazcel map I would assume that the driveway easement is across the Magnuson properties. The permit would not have been issued if there was no driveway access to the property. Ralph, please provide tlus office (Cindy Yackley, Deputy Zoning Administrator) with volume and page numbers of the documents recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds where the driveway easements have been granted by adjacent property owners. You may call this information into the office. LUP #04-089 shall be revoked if this information is not received by Wednesday, August 11, 2004. Revocation of the permit will cause all construction activities to cease. NOW, THEREFORE, the owner(s) hereby certifies that, as a condition of issue of said Land Use Permit, that the SHORELINE VEGETATION PROTECTION AREA on said real estate is intact to a minunum depth of 35' landwazd from the ordinazy high-water mazk of the waterbody. The owner(s) hereby agrees that at all times in the future, the real estate subject to this Agreement shall comply with all shoreland vegetative buffer requirements of the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance in effect on the date that the Land Use Permit is issued by the Zoning Office. The owner(s) further agrees to allow authorized representatives of the Govemmental Unit to enter onto the owner's property at the following description to inspect the structure(s) or uses authorized by said Land Use Permit and to determine if the SHORELINE VEGETATION PROTECTION AREA exists and that it is being preserved. Violation of this Agreement will authorize, in addition to other penalties and relief required under the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, injunctive relief, restoration of said real estate, the revocation of said Land Use Permit and the removal of all structures approved by the issue of said Land Use Permit and the revocation of ar.v other uses approved by the issue of said Land Use Permit.
