6041 N) at Rick's Condominium, Route 2, Stone Lake, Sawyer County, Wisconsin
54876. This application for this permit was discussed with the Sawyer County Zoning
Administrator. This application requires a letter of acknowledgement of an officer of
the association.
This letter will serve as an acknowledgement by an officer of Rick's Condominium for
the application of a permit for the proposed construction for Unit#2 (Happy Family—
6041 N) as plotted in the Declaration of Condominium of Rick's Condominium and

� WIIEREAS, in order to secure a Land Use Permit.
� NOW, THEREFORE, the owner(s) hereby certifies that, as a condition of issue of said Land Use Pernut, that
'� the SHORELINE VEGETATION PROTECTION AREA on said real estate shall be restored in accordance
� with the Mitigation Plan and Implementation Schedule approved by the Sawyer County Zoning Department.
� The owner(s) heteby agrees that at all times in the future, the real estate subject to this Agreement shall comply
— . with all shoreland vegetative buffer requirements of the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance in effect on the date
that the Land Use Pemut is issued by the Zoning Office. The owner(s) futther agrees to allow authorized
representa6ves of the Governmental Unit to enter onto the owner's property at the following description to
inspect the structure(s) or uses authorized by said Land Use Pernut and to determine if the SHORELINE
� VEGETATION PROTECTION AREA exists and that it is being preserved. Viola6on of this Agreement will
3 authorize, in addition to other penalties and relief required under the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance,
