Variance is requested as Section 4.26,Sawyer county Zoning Ordinance,prohibits the construction of accessory buildings on vacant property. The Town Board has approved the application. The Board of Appeals approved the application with a 2-year deadline. Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals:Hardship is due to physical limitations of the property because there is no current building site on the other property owned by the applicant.It is not contrary to public interest.It is not detrimental to the rights of others.
