Mrs. Semisch is a Bankers Life and Casualty Insurance agent and will have a home office. It will be her personal office. She sees clients at their own homes and NOT in her office. She will NOT advertise on County Road B nor have a sign at the driveway. The home and office will not be a commercial business office and no conditional use pernut will be required. The Land Use Pernut plot showed 3 downstaus offices, 1 for insurance,and 1 for Mark's own office and storage and a third office space as storage. I reminded them that if they sell they should NOT advertise as anything greater than a 3 bedroom home because a 3 bedroom septic system is to be installed.
