Violation of this Agreement will authorize, in addition to other penalties and relief required under the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, injunctive relief, restoration of said real estate, the revocation of said Land Use Permit and the removal of all structures approved by the issue of said Land Use Permit and the revocation of any other uses approved by the issue of said Land Use Permit. Flag the shoreline of your property to a depth of 35' from the ordinazy high-water mazk. 3. Determine the amount of SHORELINE VEGETATTON PROTECTTON AREA that may be utilized as a"USE CORRIDOR"for access to the body of water. The shoreland ordinance contains specific criteria for the establishment of use cortidors. "Establishment of use cotridor(s)for each lot by mowing,pruning and selective removal of trees, stumps and shrubbery. The use corridor(s) shall be more or less perpendiculaz to the shore, shall not exceed 30 feet in total width in anv 100 feet of shoreline and shall be set back at least 10 feet from the side lot line. For lots having less than 100 feet of water frontage, the use corridor(s)width shall be reduced proportionally(e.g.,a lot with 70 feet of water frontage would be restricted to a 21 feet wide use corridor(s) [70' x 0.30=21']). A use corridor(s) shall not be established where the absence of vegetation provides a similar naturally occurring o��g „ Note: Use corridors shall be located in anv 100' of shoreline. This is not the same as having a use cortidor in every 100' of shoreline. Just because a lot may have 500' of shoreline, does not necessarily mean that five(5)use corridors may be permitted. The remaining shoreline (less the use corridors)is the SHORELINE VEGETATTON PROTECTION AREA that should either be intact(fully vegetated to a depth of 35') or shall be restored to a depth of 35'. Photographs should be taken that cleazly represent the condition of the shoreline. 5.
