Dear Deb,
I have reviewed the application submitted by peggy and Mark Haumerson to construct a deck addition
onto their house located at�9�45 Hay Creek Road in section 6, Town 40 North, Range 6 West, Town of
Hunter, Sawyer County, Wisconsin: 'The property is further identified with Sawyer County tax id # 012-
640-06-2210, parcel: ,6.10.
This property is covered by a 1 ;00 ft, Chippewa Flowage buffer zone restriction, measured landward from
the 1313 msl, line along the Chippewa Flowage. As such, no structures are allowed witfiin the 100 foot
buffer and there are limitations on vegetatio� cutting and rock placement. The property is further
encumbered with 'additional restrictions which extend 1 ;000 feet landward from the 1313 line. These
� restriGtions require that #he ,exterior color ot the building be natural wood and earth tone color,.and less
than 35 feet in height:
On Wednesday, September 1 , 2004 I met with the contractor, Ken LaCoy and verified that the proposed
deck structure will be located outside af the 100 ft. buffer zone applicable to �the property�. I also gave a
copy of the deed res4rictions to Mr. LaCoy.
The Haumersons ara authdrized to proceed with their construction plans so long as the conditions in the
covenants are adhered tv. All other county �nd state codes and permits apply to the subject property and
must be applied for and adhered to as well.
