The properry is further identified with Sawyer County tax id#012-640-06-2212,parcel: .6.12. This property is covered by a 100 ft.Chippewa Flowage buffer zone restriction,measured landward from the 1313 msl.line along the Chippewa Flowage. As such,no structures are allowed within the 100 foot buffer and there are limitations on vegetation cutting and rock placement. While their application showed the structure to be re-located at 115 ft.from the Chippewa Flowage,the properly is further encumbered with additional restrictions which extend 1,000 feet landward from the 1313 line. These restrictions require that the exterior color of the building be natural wood and earth tone color,and less than 35 feet in height. I have attached a copy of the deed restrictions applicable to the property and suggest that the property owner and contractor review them prior to construction. The Francois's are authorized to proceed with their construction plans so long as the conditions in the covenants are adhered to. All other county and state codes and permits apply to the subject property and must be applied for and adhered to as well. Please contact me if you have any questions.
