This property is further identified as Sawyer County tax parcel # 012-230-00-0600. This property is encumbered by Chippewa Flowage Buffer Zone restrictions, which may apply. Their proposed construction lies outside of the 100 ft. buffer area, however, if the property lies within 1000 ft. of the lake additional restrictions would apply and must be adhered to. These covenants require that the exterior color of the building be of natural wood and earth tone colors, and structures be no higher than 35 ft.
