I have reviewed the building permit application submitted by Eugene and Janet Mittlestadt to construct a
deck on a mobile home located in section 17, Town 40 North, Range 6 West, Town of Hunter, Sawyer
County, Wisconsin. Their property is further identified as parcel # 012-279-00-1300at 9080.
This property is not covered by a Chippewa Flowage buffer zone restriction, so no special approvals are
necessary.
