Dear Deb,
I have reviewed the building permit application for Wayne and Carol Barner for construction of a garage
and addition to their home on their property identified as lot Unit 9 of Hay Creek Acres Condos located in
section 6, Township 40N, Range 6W in the Town of Hunter. This property is further identified as Sawyer
County tax parcel # 012-230-00-0900.
Their proposed construction lies outside of the 100 ft. buffer area, however, if the property lies within
1000 ft. of the lake additional restrictions would apply and must be adhered to. These covenants require
that the exterior color of the building be of natural wood and earth tone colors, and structures be no higher
than 35 ft. A copy of the restrictions and conditions is attached.
All other county and state codes and permits apply to the subject property and must be applied for and
adhered to.
