Vol 543 Records Page 168. An irregulazly shaped paz- cel (190'/90'x150'/159') containing .483 acres. Property is zoned Residen- tiaURecroational One. Application is for the construction of a 32'x34' detached ga- rage (including eaves) at a setback diatance of 40Y47' from the centerline of Fox Avenue (a Wwn road). Variance is requested as Section 4.21(3), Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, would require a minimum setback distance of 63' from the centerline of a town road. l'he Town Board has approved the application. The Board of Appeals approved the application as submitted. Findings of Fact of the Boazd of Appeals: There would be no change in the use in the zone dis- trict.
