WIIEREAS,in order to secure a Land Use Permit.
� NOW,THEREFORE,the owner(s)hereby certifies that,as a condition of issue of said Land Use Permit,that
� the SHORELINE VEGETATION PROTECTION AREA on said real estate is intact to a minimum depth of
� 35'landwazd from the ordinary high-water mazk of the waterbody.

The owner(s)hereby agrees to comply with the shoreland vegetative protection azea requirements of Section
°� 4.410 SHORELAND VEGETATION PROTECTION AREA,Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance,in effect on

representatives of the Governmental Unit to enter onto the owner's property at the following description
between the hours of 8:00 A.M.and 6:00 P.M.[Section 9.13(1)POWERS,Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance]

VEGETATION PROTECTION AREA exists and that it is being preserved.This authorization shall terminate

� injunctive relief,restoration of said real estate,the revocation of said Land Use Permit and the removal of all

Treasurers report given to each unit and reviewed by all.
President reviewed a few items
- Light has been revised on beach
- Lowered and capped septic tank tubes.
-New neighbor by Zitzsimmons should also get road maintenance letter.
- Suggestion to check well water quality: sample to be taken by Dave Bridges and copy on
permanent records. If any problem he will get back to us.
- Walter Neas was out to check possible damage to roofs during April 18`�2004, hailstorm. He
was on the site 1 wk. after the storm and reported to Dave B. No actual damage to roof. Dents in
roof vents, but not enough to repoR. (No statue of limitations if damage detected)
- Snow removal policy. Sugges[ion to contact Dan Grothe to shovel roofs if it becomes a
problem.
(We need to update vendors list.)
- Decision was made to now spend more on mowing and lawn caze. Mow every two weeks if
needed. We need to see improvement on leaf removal on unit I and J and trimmings azound
cabins. Dave B. will talk to Art.
-Road Cnading. Gary L. And Dan N. will look into and report to new president. Maybe $I500
with grading and additiona] gravel. (Bob H., Ken seconds)
- Bob H. to head Committee ((Ruth K., Ken O., Dave B.) To look into property for sale on"K"

- UnitXdiscussion on Skylight in roof 4x�„ and deck 12x I 5 with possible future screened in
porch.
Motion to approve request but Final plans need approval by new president and officers and
adjacent unit. Owner and future owners must assume maintenance on skylight and deck with
future screen in porch. Request considered due to uniqueness of Unit I and J.Next request could
be denied. It does require addendum to by laws and approval of condo association. This will be
drawn up by Bob H. (Bob H., Ruth K. seconds)
