the SHORELINE VEGETATION PROTECTION AREA on said real estate is intact to a minimum depth of

authorize, in addition to other penalties and relief required under the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance,
injunctive relief,restoration of said real estate,the revocation of said Land Use Permit and the removal of all
structures approved by the issue of said Land Use Permit and the revocation of any other uses approved by the

I, Larry T. Nelson, registered land surveyor in the state of Wisconsin, hereby certify:
That on the order of MARIAN PETERSON, I have surveyed, divided and mapped the following described parcel of land
located in Government Lot 3 of Section 13, T. 40 N., R. 9 W., in the Town of Bass Lake, Sawyer County, Wisconsin.
To locate the Point of Beginning, commence at the NW comer of Government Lot 3; Thence, along the north line of
said Government Lot, N 89° 48' 16" E, 931.14 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Thence from said Point of Beginning by metes and bounds.
Continue N 89° 48' 16" E, 199.61 feet; Thence, leaving said north line, S 01° 26' 24"W, 660.80 feet to a meander
corner which is 26 feet +/-, N 01' 26' 24" E from the waters edge of Grindstone Lake; Thence, along a meander line
near said waters edge, N 81° 58' 46" W, 150.64 feet; Thence N 76° 35' 32"W, 51.52 feet to a meander comer which is
28 feet +/-, N 01° 29' 15" E from said water's edge; Thence, leaving said meander line, N 01° 29' 15" E, 627.16 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
Parcel includes that land lying between the meander line and the water's edge of Grindstone Lake and the extension of
the lot lines to said waters edge.
Entire parcel contains 133,362 square feet +/-, which is 3.06 acres +/-.
Lot 1 is a substandard lot which will be sold to the owner to the west.
Access to Lot 1 is the same as described in Sawyer County CSM recorded in Volume 1, Page 194.
The shoreline distances are approximate and have not been measured. They are for informational purposes only.
