COITllriCIltSThe Special Use Permit would not be contrary to the public interest and would be in
compliance with the spirit and intent of the zoning ordinance and the Town of Bass Lake
Comprehensive Plan (Section 8.10). The Town's approval is with the folloving conditions
placed by covenant on the deed.
1) The lot cannot be further subdivided for additional dvellings. and
2) The placement o£ only one single family dwelling on the lot.
