compliance with chapter 236:34 of the Wisconsin Statutes, and under the direction
of Harold Tiffany, Owner, I have surveyed, divided and mapped the land herein described.
That said map is a correct representation of the survey made to the best of my know-
ledge and ability, and that said land�is located on Part of'Gov't Lot 3, Section 35,
T41N,R8W, and in Part of Gov't Lot 5, Section 36,T41N,R8W described as follows;
Commencing at the East '� corner of Section 35, T41N, R8W, thence Due West 174.00
feet along the East-West � line of said Section 35, also being the centerline of
C.T.H. "B". Thence N3°51'37"W,723.46 feet. Thence N.43°35'12"E,229.85 feet to a
Meander corner on the Southerly shore of Round Lake, thence along the Meander Line
as follows; S49°10'S2"E,128.30 feet, thence S61°04'45"E,120.18 feet to the end of
said Meander line, thence S1°SO'26"E,745.69 feet to the centerline of C.T.H,"B";
thence S89°38'16"W,162.00 feet along said centerline back to the point of beginning,
including all the land between the meander line and the waters edge of Round Lake
between the parcel lines extended. Subject to all existing easements and reservations,
