On December 7, 2010 I received a complaint about a newly constructed building that
may be over the height restrictions at the fire number listed above. On December 15,
2010 I visited the property to verify. The newly constructed building appears to be under
the maximum height restrictions of 35' however, I was unable to find a Land Use Permit
(LUP) from our office for the construction of this building.
Please contact our office by Tuesday, January 4, 2011 so that we may discuss this issue.
Office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday however, our office will
be closed the next Thursday and Friday of the following weeks for Holiday. Please call
