On December 15, 2010 I visited the property to verify. The newly constructed building appears to be under the maximum height restrictions of 35' however, I was unable to find a Land Use Permit (LUP) from our office for the construction of this building. Please contact our office by Tuesday, January 4, 2011 so that we may discuss this issue.
