While I did not observe a problem at the time of my visit, you should be aware that the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, Section 4.281 ADVERSE EFFECTS ON ADJACENT PROPERTIES states: Construc_tion, r� ading, excavating or similar activities which result in drainage, runoff, erosion or the depositin� of materials on to adjacent properties shall not be allowed. Therefore, it is your responsibilities to take whatever means are necessary to ensure that driveway materials are not deposited on the highway. Also, I was informed that you have not obtained a driveway permit from the Sawyer County Highway Department. If you have not done so, you must contact John Czarnecki, Patrol Superintendent, at 634-2691 to apply for a driveway permit. Please contact this office if you have any questions or comments.
