WHEItEAS,in order to sectue a Land Use Pecmit.
NOW,THEREFORE,the ownet(s)hereby certifies that,as a condition of issue of said Land Use Pernut,that
the SHORELINE VEG�TATION PROTECTION AREA on said real estate is intact to a nunimum depth of
35'landward from the ordinary high-water mark of the waterbody_
The owner(s)hereby agrees to comply with the shoreland vegetative protection area requirements of Section
4.410 SHORELAND VEGETATION PROTECTION AREA,Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance,in effect on
tha date that the lmd use permit is issued by the zoning o�ce.The ownei(s)fiuther agrees to allow authorized
representatives of the Ciovemmenlal Uait to enLer onto tlue owner's properiy at the following description
betvreen the hoias of 8:00 A.M.and 6:00 P.M.[Section 9.13(1)POWERS,Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance]
to inspect the structure(s)or uses authorized by said Land Use Pe�mit and to detemvne if the SHORELINE
VEQETATION PROTEC170N AREA exists and that it is being preserved.This authoci7ation shall tettninaie
on the date of expuarion of ihe land use permit. However,the owner's obligation to maintain die SHORELINE

PROTECTION ARbA,Savtryer County Zoning Ordinance remains in effect.Violation of this Agreement will

injunctive relief,restoration of said real esmte,thc revocation of said Land Use Permit and thc romoval o£all
stiuctuces approvrd by the issue of said Land Use Pecmit and the revocation of any other uses approved by the
issue of said Land Use Pemut. All parties ag�ree that this Agteement shall be filed with the Sawyea County
