Sawyer County requires permits for construction of any structure that has shape, form, or utility 100 Sq. Ft or larger, The structure in questions appears to be larger than 100 Sq. Ft. Since a permit was not issued prior to construction, it will now be assessed an After-The-Fact (ATF) double permit fee. I am setting an order for correction to return the completed Land Use Permit with appropriate ATF fees by September 19, 2022.
