Sawyer County requires permits for construction of any structure that has shape, form, or utility 100 Sq. �t or larger. The structure in questions appears to be larger than 100 Sq. Ft. Since a permit was not issued prior to construction, it will now be assessed an After-The-Fact (ATF) double permit fee. I am setting an order for correction to return the completed Land Use Permit with appropriate ATF fees by September 19, 2022.
