The West Fork Condominium Association with approval of 75%of all unit
owners hereby makes the following addendum to the Declaration and By-Laws
1. Clarification of Limited Common Element use: Limited Common elements
around each unit have been designated for use by each Unit owner and this
use shall include the Unit owners being able to construct a deck on the front
and either side of said Unit within the I,imited Common Elements sh�wn on
the plat. For Units 2,3, &4,decks cannot exceed 10 feet in the front of the
unit and 5 feet on either side of the unit. Decks cannot be added to the rear of
any unit.
2. The President and Secretary of the West Fork Condominium Association
execute this document with the approval of 75%of a11 units in accordance with the
Declaration. Said approvals are on file with the Secretary of West Fork Condominium.
