Shoreland vegetative buffer:
The shoreline area is to be fully vegetated to a depth of 35 feet from the shore of any waterbody. The
exception is an access corridor of 30 feet within any 100 feet of shoreline. Indicate on the above
drawing the location of the access corridor. Owner's signature is required on the appropriate attached
Shoreland Protection Agreement. This permit cannot be issued without a signed Shoreland Protection
Agreement. If the 35 foot buffer is fully vegetative, sign the Shoreline Protection Agreement #1.
If any part of the 35 foot buffer is not in compliance wiYh vegetative requirements, sign the Shoreline
Protecfion Agreement #2 —Non-Intaet.
Please submit a shoreline photo to verify buffer status.
Notice: Land Use Permits expire one year from issuc date.

I have reviewed the building permit application submitted by Harold Treland on behalf of Treeland
Cottages to construct a replacement cabin building on property located at 9630N Treland Road in the
Town of Hunter, Sawyer County, Wisconsin.
This property is not covered by any special Chippewa Flowage buffer zone restrictions. All other county

WHEREAS,in order to secure a Land Use Permit.
NOW,THEREFORE,the owner(s)hereby certifies that,as a condition of issue of said Land Use Permit,that
the SHORELINE VEGETATION PROTECTION AREA on said real estate is intact to a minimum depth of
35'landward from the ordinary high-water mazk of the waterbody.
The owner(s)hereby agrees to comply with the shoreland vegetative protection azea requirements of Section
4.410 SHORELAND VEG�TATION PROTECTION AREA,Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance,in effect on

representafives of the Govemmental Unit to enter onto the owner's property at the following descrip6on

to inspect the structure(s)or uses authorized by said Land Use Pertnit and to determine if the SHORELINE
VEGETAITON PROTEC"ITON AREA eadsts and that it is being preserved.This authorization shall terminate
on the date of expiration of the land use permit However,the owner's obligation to maintain the SHORELINE
VEGETATION PROTECI'ION AREA in accotdance with Section 4.410 SHORELAND VEGETATION
PROTECTION AREA,Sawyet County Zoning Ordinance remains in effect.Viola6on of this Agreement will
authorize, in addition to other penalties and relief required under the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance,
