RE: Inspection Report for possible expansion of screen porch and deck at 9147W

On February 23, 2010 I conducted an onsite inspection of your property listed above.
Enclosed with this letter you will find a copy of the detailed inspection report identify
possible expansion of your primary dwelling and deck for maximum distances that still
allow for the 75' setback from the ordinary high water mark (OHWM). This is a unique
lot with the angle to the OHWM and hopefully this has been shown clearly to you in the
report.
At the time of inspection I was unable to determine side lot line setbacks to the East. If
you were considering expanding your deck the 8' maximum to the East you would need
to know if you still met all side lot line setbacks. I was unable to place any flags in the
frozen soil so I squared all the dimensions off of the existing house. If you have any
