On Friday, May 21, 2010 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for a conditional use on the following described real estate to wit:

8W;Parcel 3305. Doc#344355; CSM Volume 29 page 324.5.01 acres total.Purpose of
request is for the construction of a single family dwelling by the purchase�, not being
engaged in agriculturai activities.The Town Board has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values;it would be compatible with surrounding uses in the area.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on May 21, 2011 if application for the
actual pernut to use is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
appeal the decision to the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.

Your application for a Conditional Use will be considered at a Public Hearing before the
Sawyer County Zoning Committee on Friday, May 21, 2010.
This Hearing �nill begiu at &:30 A.M. in the Sawyer Coi�:lty Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Haywazd, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information aboct the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear msy also result in the denial of the appiication.
If it is impossible for a representative to be present, please submit a written statement in
care of this office directed to James Bassett, the Chairman of the Zoning Committee. Th;s
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general tenain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and surrounding uea is encouraged. Indicate how the proposed use would not
be contrary to the public interest, et cetera.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk, to
confirm the date and obtain the time of the Planning Commission and Town Board
meetings for your attendance or the attendance of your agent.
