Dear Sir or Madam:
I recently demolished an older 20 x 34 ft. garage/shed on my 80-
acre property located at 9063W County Hwy. D in the Town of
Meadowbrook. I desire to replace this structure with a storage
building, and therefore, am enclosing a completed "Application for
Land Use Permit (*Non-shoreland*) " to gain authorization to do so. I
have also enclosed a personal check in the amount af $75. 00 to cover
the permit cost. Finally, please note that an 8� x 11" sheet has been
attached to the 2-page application form in an attempt to provide
better detail.
As stated on the application, there is no well. on the property.
When I purchased the land, there was an unuseable dug well inside the
milkhouse attached to the barn. It was properly filled in and closed
for safety reasons around 1999. Also, to my knowledge there never has
been a septic system on the property, but a privy is present
approximately 84 feet south of the house. Like the dug well, it was
there when I bought the property.
For your information I originally acquired the property on
January 5, 1999. The deed was recorded in Sawyer County on January
19, 1999, in vol. 660 of records on page 481 . Later, on December 28,
2006, a quit claim deed was filed with the Sawyer County Register of
Deeds to transfer ownership to my trust (document record #343817) .
