Hello Nick, I have reviewed the permit for the new proposed dwelling.The permit fee for this project is$700 for the projects shown on the Land Use Permit. Prior to issuance of this LUP I will need 3 items: -Permit fee of$700 -New Sanitary Permit on file as LUP shows new septic tank -Additional house plans/layout. Since this structure is of irregular shape I would like to see plans included with this Land Use Permit. I don't need a full set of"blue prints" but whatever additional plans you have I would like to keep on file with this permit. Let me know if you have any other questions at this point.
