Hello Nick, I have reviewed the permit for the new proposed dwelling.The permit fee for this project is$700 for the
projects shown on the Land Use Permit.
Prior to issuance of this LUP I will need 3 items:
-Permit fee of$700
-New Sanitary Permit on file as LUP shows new septic tank
-Additional house plans/layout. Since this structure is of irregular shape I would like to see plans included with this Land
Use Permit. I don't need a full set of"blue prints" but whatever additional plans you have I would like to keep on file
with this permit.
Let me know if you have any other questions at this point. Our mail has not come today yet but was wondering if you
sent out the other permit fee for the bridge project yet.
