On parcel across the road from 2021N Ol' Hays Road It has come to the attention of The Sawyer County Zoning & Conservation Department that a substandard size cabin or outbuilding has been placed or construct on the property listed above without pennits. Priinary dwellings/habitable dwellings must meet minimum dimensional require�nents of at least 20' in width and 20' in length. Furthermore, accessory structures are not allowed on vacant land (land not containing a primary dwelling) in Sawyer County. Besides the issue of illegal placing this structure without pennits there is also no fire number for the property or records of any type sanitation aspects. I am setting an order for correction deadline for May 1, 2022 without any extensions to have this illegal placed structure removed from the property. This issue was brought up to you before last fall an no action has been conducted. Failure to comply with this order for correction will result in a citation for the amount of$389.50 with recommendation of a $50 daily forfeiture to The Courts after Court specified judgement date.
