The owner(s)hereby agrees the proper[y subject ta this Agreement shall have all selected mi6gation compieted stx months
after Land Use Permit is issued. The property 1s subJect to thIs Agreement In perpetutty� regardless of owriership
transfer.
The owner(s)further agrees to allow authorized representatives of the Govemmental Unit to ente�onto the owners properiy at
the above description between the hours of 8:OQAM and 6:OOPM,Monday through Friday.[Section 9.13(1)POWERS,Sawyer
County Zoning Ordinance]to determine if selected mitigation is complete and that it is being preserved.
VolaGon of this Agreement will authorize,in addition to other penalties and relief required under the Sawyer County Zoning
Ordinance, injunctive relief,r�storaGon of said p�operty,citation for Falsifying Permit ApplicaGons. A!!parties agree that this
Agreement shal(be filed with the Sawyer County Zoning 8 Conservation Department and recorded with the Sawyer County
