may be an overhang, deck, porch, etc.

Shoreland vegetative buffer:
The shoreline area is to be fully vegetated to a depth of 35 feet from the shore of any waterbody. The exception is
an access corridor of 30 feet within any ICQ feet of shoreline. Indicate on the above drawing the location of
the access corridor. Owner's signature Is required on the appropriate attached Shoreland Preservation
Agreement and this permit cannot be Issued without a signed Shoreland Preservation Agreement.
***Notice:
Land Use Permits expire one year from issue date. No Refunds after issue of permit.
A GRADING permit needs to be obtained when contiguous soil or land disturbance exceeds
10,000 ft., but not to exceed 64,560 ft. This is an area a little larger than 2 tennis courts.
