Dear Clerk;
On Friday, August 19, 2011 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the
application for a conditional use on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Ojibwa—Scott A Roebke et w�c. The NE 1/4 SW 1/4, 525, T 39N, R 6W;Parcel
9.1. Doc#326360. 40 acres. Property is zoned Agricultural One. Permit is desired for the
construction of an accessory building approximately 676 square feet, on vacant property.
The Town Board has approved the application.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the applicaxion as submitted_
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values.
The approval of the conditional use will expire on August 19, 2012 if application foa the
actual permit to use is not made by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Committee may
appeal the decision to the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the legality o�the
decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.

Re:Notice of Public Hearing Date
Dear Mr.and Mrs.Roebke;
Your application for a Conditional Use will be considered at a Public Hearing before the
Sawyer County Zoning Committee on Friday,August 19,201 L
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street,Hayward,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representarive be present at the Hearing. A lack of
infonnation about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative to be present,please submit a written statement in
care of ttus office directed to James Bassett,the Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed imentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and surrounding area is encouraged. Indicate how the proposed use would not
be contrary to the public interest,et cetera.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk,
Rebecca Brunner-Stroede 715/266-2112 to confirm the date and obtain the tiroe of
the Planning Commission and Town Board meetings for your attendance or the
attendance ot your agent.
