On Friday, September 18, 2009 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your
application for a conditional use on the following described real estate to wit:

The Sawyer County Zoning l;ommittee approved the application as submitted with the
�°estriction that the approval remain Evith the current owner only.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Comrr�ittee: It would not be da.maging to the rights o1
others or property vahics;It wauld be compatible with the surrounding uses and the area;
and the Town Board of Hayward is in apprcval.
The approval of the con3itional use will expire on September ll,2010 if application for
the actual permit to use is not nade by that date.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by tne dc�ision of the Zoning Ccr.imittee may
appeal the decision to the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the legality of the
decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.

We would like to remind you that the conditional use for the location/operation of a hair
salon within an existing dwelling, which was approved at public hearing on September
18, 2009, expires on September 18, 2010.
If you are planning to proceed with this project, please complete and return the enclosed
permit application.
If the application is not returned by August 21, 2010, it will be necessary to go through
the public hearing pr�cess again before beginning the business. The Sawyer County
Zoning Office can issue citations, including fines, if the business is conducted without the
proper permits. If you have decided not to proceed with this project after all, please let us
know..

Dear Ms. Karas,
Yo�ir application far a Conditional Use renewal will be considered at a Public Hearing
before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on
September 18, 2009
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. LOCATION FOR THIS PUBLIC HEARING IS
THE FLAT CREEK INN & SUITES, 10290 Hwy. 27 South, Hayward WI 54843.
It is recommended that either you ar a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure
to appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative to be present, please submit a written statement in
care of this office directed to James Bassett, the Chairman of the Zoning Committee.
This statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
property and surrounding area are encouraged. Indicate how the proposed use would not
be contrary to the public interest, et cetera.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some townships
also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Hayward Town Clerk, Shannon
O'Hare, PO Box 13260, Hayward WI 54843, 715/634-4123, to obtain the time and
confirm the date of the Planning Commission and Town Board meetings for your
attendance or the attendance of your agent.
