tabled since the November 18, 2011 hearing, to heaz your decision regazding either the
removal of the substandard size cabin or meeting the minimum size requirements.

that you have submitted a land use permit application for a conforming structure the
Committee agreed that no further action would be required.

On November 18, 2011 I sent you a notification letter infornvng you that the Zoning
Committee tabled your request for the moving on or the placement of a substandard size
dwelling.
In that letter, I also mentioned that the Town Board of Edgewater had approved the
application with comments. It has been brought to my atternion that the Ietter sent to you,
was in error and that the Town Board actually denied yow application. This letter is to
notify you of error and the correction to the file that has been made.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Becker;
As you aze aware, on November 18, 2011 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee tabled
their decision on your application for conditional use for the placement of a substandard
size dwelling (12' x 33' with an attached 8' x 32' deck) on your property. The committee
gave you a deadline of Apri130, 2012 to either remove the structure from the property by
this date or meet the minimum dwelling size requirement of 500 square feet and minimum
dwelling width of 20 feet.
Your application will be placed on the May 18, 2012 public hearing agenda. On this da.te,
please be prepared to inform the committee of your decision. If you decide to increase the
size of the structure to the minimum requirements or larger, a land use pernut is required.
If you cannot attend this hearing, a written statement sent to our office will be required as
to what your decision will be.

Sawyer County Zoning Committee on Friday,November 18,2011.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County CouRhouse, 10610 Main
