Narrative: I, a sworn law enforcement officer, agree that I have not added any CJIS data in this report.
UNIT 1 WAS EASTBOUND ON HWY B WHEN IT COLLIDED WITH BARRICADES THAT WERE PLACED ACROSS BOTH LANES OF TRAFFIC CLOSING THE ROAD FOR MAINTENANCE. THE VEHICLE SKIDDED APPROXIMATELY 38' PRIOR TO GOING THROUGH THE BARRICADES, THEN ANOTHER 30' BEFORE
