Narrative: I, a sworn law enforcement officer, agree that I have not added any CJIS data in this report.
DEPUTY SIMPSON RESPONDED TO A REPORT OF A VEHICLE THAT WAS IN THE DITCH AGAINST A TREE ON UPPER A ROAD NEAR EMPIRE ROAD. THE CALLER WAS THE DRIVER AND OWNER OF THE VEHICLE GERALD TUTTLE AND WAS CALLING FROM WORK TO REPORT THE CRASH. GERALD
TOLD THIS DEPUTY THAT HE WAS NEGOTIATING A CURVE AND HIT SOME ICE THAT WAS UNDER THE SNOW COVERED ROADWAY. GERALD SAID
THAT HE SLID INTO THE DITCH AND CAME TO REST WITH HIS DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR AGAINST THE TREE.
