THE DRIVER, TANNER COLEMAN, WAS TRAVELING WEST ON OLD HWY 70 WHEN HE OBSERVED A DEER AND SWERVED TO MISS IT. MR. COLEMAN LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND WENT INTO THE DITCH. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING THROUGH THE DITCH IT STRUCK A NORTH CENTRAL POWER UTILITY POLE AND ROLLED. THE VEHICLE CAME TO REST ON ALL FOUR WHEELS FACING EAST IN THE SOUTH SIDE DITCH. NORTH CENTRAL POWER CO. WAS ON SCENE REPAIRING THE UTILITY POLE AND STATED THE APPROXIMATE COST FOR REPAIR WOULD BE $1500 TO $2000.
