Narrative: I, a sworn law enforcement officer, agree that I have not added any CJIS data in this report.
MR. BYRNE WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON HIS MOTORCYCLE AND FLIPPED BACKWARDS AND ROLLED THE MOTORCYCLE APPROX 189 FT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE GEARS. THERE WERE MARKS/GOUGES IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANE FROM THE MOTORCYCLE. THERE WERE NO
SIGNIFICANT INJURIES AND THE MOTORCYCLE WAS REMOVED.
